棒條閘門是根據(jù)建材、礦山、冶金等行業(yè)中對(duì)中、小固體塊狀物料的給料、輸送、控制等工藝的要求而研制的一種閥門，適用于≤50mm物料的輸送控制。

        Rod valve is used to feed, convey and control middle, small liquid powder material of workmanship require?ment according to building material, ore and metallurgical etc. industry which is a new valve. It is suitable to control and convey less than 50mm material. 

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
        采用鋼材焊接，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、易操作、無(wú)卡阻、剛性強(qiáng)、不變形、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、基本無(wú)維修量，是中、小固體塊狀物料控制的理想設(shè)備。
Structure features
        It is welded with excellent carbon steel. It is characterized by simple structure, easy operation, no blockage, strong rigidity, shapeless, long life and less maintenance etc. It is an ideal equipment to control middle and small powder material.

性能參數(shù)(Capacity parameter)

工作原理：
        棒條閘門一般為常開(kāi)型，物料處流通狀態(tài)。根據(jù)工況需要切斷或調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)，需逐個(gè)插入棒條，以阻止物料流通，也可根據(jù)工況需要通過(guò)調(diào)整棒條間的間隙來(lái)控制物料的大小。

使用說(shuō)明：
?  安裝時(shí)兩法蘭間必須加密封墊片，然后均勻鎖緊連接螺栓。
?  運(yùn)行時(shí)不得對(duì)抽出的棒條進(jìn)行猛烈撞擊，以免棒條變形無(wú)法復(fù)位。
?  切斷流通塊料時(shí)，必須從兩邊依次插入棒條。
?  若長(zhǎng)期存放，不允許露天存放或堆置。

Work principle
        Rod valve is usual op.en and material is in flow condition. Insert rod according to work condition when cutting off or adjustment. Stop material flow it. Adjust the clearance between rod quantity to control material.
Operation description:
?Add sealing gaskets between two flanges when installation. Then tight the bolt even.
When driving, not allow to impact the rod violently. In case that rod has no way to restore because of shapeless.
When cutting off flowing material, insert rod from two ends.
If it is stored for a long time, not allow to store in open air or pile.
